Membership in the New Albany Walking Club is open to women and men of all ages. We meet every Sunday morning at 7:30 on the patio of the Philip Heit Center for Healthy New Albany, 150 W. Main St., New Albany, OH 43054. Our walks range from 2 - 5 miles and will go through the scenic paths of the New Albany communities. Members will enjoy the camaraderie of others during walks.

We will meet on the patio under the tent at The Heit Center at 7:30 am on Sunday mornings. A face mask is required in the Heit Center Lobby and Restrooms. Masks are optional for fully vaccinated individuals within HNA spaces inside the building. Masks are required for non-vaccinated individuals. We will have small groups walk together and leave a few minutes apart to help in maintaining social distancing. Remember to hydrate before coming to walk and while walking. Please bring your own water bottle that can be refilled while inside the building.

Membership Fee & Application
Membership in the New Albany Walking Club is $25 per year. If you would like to pay online an additional $2 will be charged to cover credit card fees. An application must be submitted along with the annual dues payment before membership is considered active.
If you prefer to send a $25 check rather than paying online, please make the check payable to "Healthy New Albany" and mail to the address below. You can either submit the application online or print and fill out this membership application form and mail it along with your check.

About Our Workouts
No athlete is too slow or too fast. No athlete will walk alone. We focus on walking only. This is not a running club. We walk every Sunday morning throughout the year meeting at the Philip Heit Center for Healthy New Albany at 7:30 am. We meet indoors to gather for our workouts before heading out to walk on the beautiful New Albany trails and regroup at the Center for post workout activities including snacks, drinks and camaraderie in an amazingly beautiful and relaxing facility that lends itself to a supportive environment. Training walks are designed and distributed in our weekly e-newsletters.
