New Albany Walking Classic

The New Albany Walking Classic is the premier event of the New Albany Walking Club. The Classic provides an opportunity for all types of walkers - recreational and competitive, to participate in an event exclusive to those who prefer a walking-only venue. Through the Walk, we hope to elevate the status of walking and provide the opportunity for individuals to enter an event which provides a comfort level they may not experience when placed with runners. More importantly, the Classic seeks to facilitate the goal of the New Albany Walking Club in promoting individual, community and family health through walking.
